Interest groups will again be featured at the first meeting on Tuesday, September 15th
Each group will be highlighting their activities and have signup sheets available.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, change your mind or join the club after the first meeting,
there will be an Interest Group handout available and you can contact the Convenors directly.
Art Tours
Monthly outings to an artistic or theatrical event.
Book Groups
Daytime and evening groups meet monthly on Wednesday and Monday.
Bridge
A weekly daytime group for all levels.
Couples’ Outing
Members and significant others meet monthly for a variety of social events.
Gardening Club
Meets monthly to visit gardens, hear speakers, share ideas, swap plants and go on buying trips.
Girls Night Out
A monthly evening in the company of women friends to have some fun, often with dinner.
Hiking Group
Two intrepid groups meet rain or shine Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Issues Group
Meets monthly to discuss various timely topics including women's issues.
The Garden Elves
Socialize and do light gardening at the Old Seed House Garden once a month.
Quilters' Club
Meets regularly to learn basic quilting skills and complete a project.
Lectures and Lunch
U of T sponsored lecture series and lunch in Toronto, Missisauga, Oakville, and Orangeville.
