The service upgrade began Sunday Feb 22nd at 11pm. During the upgrade our phone number was
not ported over to the new equipment and now it will no longer work. The new working number is 647-367-1799
This number is only a replacement for customers who were calling the 416-848-4300. If you are not able to call Toronto exchanges as a local call, please do not change your
phone number to the 647 number. If you do change it and it is long distance, your local telephone provider may charge you long distance.
If you are not sure that you can call Toronto locally, please contact your local telephone provider (BELL, etc) and
verify it with them.
Customers who normally dial 905-702-0921 need to also change their number to 905-702-1407.
The phone number change also does not affect any highspeed members or DSL members. These services are not affected by the service upgrade.
